Murphy Incorporated Rocking Chair

Description

I recently purchased this rocker at an estate sale for $25 and plan on keeping it.  It's about 35" high at the back and is in fairly good condition, just needs to be cleaned up but is sturdy.  Wanting to know it's value and also when it was made.  There's a label that says Murphy (incorporated) and below that Owensboro.  Also would like to know what to use for cleaning without causing any damage?

This is a "Mission Style" rocker made about 1915 or so. Values for mission furniture depends on the fame of the maker, but most like this go for under $150.00.
