Paragon saucer - "By Appt to Her Majesty the Queen" England

Description
I have been trying to locate the name of the pattern of the saucer I have from England. It is predominately gold ferns with blue flowers and pink/rose flowers and some green leaves/stems.  There is a white background on the saucer but most of it has gold all over with flowers.  Outside rim of saucer is scalloped.

The back of the plate has imprint, "By Appointment to Her Majesty the Queen," China Potters, Paragon, Fine Bone China, England, Reg'd.  There is a number 4746, and a crest above imprint.
