Dresser

Description

I recently bought the attached used dresser for $60 that is extremely heavy but well made. The only identifying construction mark is a tag stapled to the back with the following:

Pacific Frames, Inc.
10201 South La Cienega Blvd
Los Angeles, CA

Registry # CA 19433

Can you please help me identify how old this is and who I might contact to find out more about the type of wood, etc.? All of my online searches have been useless.

Dressers like these seldom predate the 1970's, there are generally quite heavy because they are constructed plywood and particle board. They tend to be a mix of 18th & 19th century styles , which makes them look far older than they actually are. If you could provide better images I could probably give you an idea of wood type or finish that's been used to produce it.
