Description

i have recently purchased as part of a job lot a teapot that has a tag saying KUANG HSU 1875.as u can imagine i have no idea about pottery or porcelain and would very much appreciate help on finding out if this is a genuine item or not.it stands 7" tall and has no chips or cracks, which is why im hesitant about its origin,i have tried researching but to no avail for a similar piece online.it is really a lovely piece,it has chinese scribe on the front and back and two pictures on either sides, the pictures are of a man in a garden and a man playing the flute sitting in front of a red sun in the horizon,it also looks like an animal (not sure) is sitting by his feet in front of a bowl of fruit, again im not sure, pictures will be available to see.thank you in advance for any help that i receive,im looking forward to finding out about this piece
