This picture and attached mirror are signed by Wallace Nutting. It is an indoor setting and a photograph that has been "colored". The colors are either very muted or faded.

I've never seen a Nutting print with a mirror on it. I have a couple Nutting prints trying to sell for $15 ea. locally. I've seen them priced $22 and up.
