Help!!!!! Is there anyone who can verify this is a capodimonte mark  and what time period or knows anything about this piece Thank you for any information.

It's not Capodimonte, this mark was also used in Germany during the late 19th Century. This piece is actually German, but designed after English Jasperware plaques. here is a link for you:
