Description

I just aquired an Antique (Secretary) Desk with top piece (hutch?). It looks like it’s made of Cherry or possibly Mahogany.

Baught in Pennsylvania

Don’t know any of the history

Can anyone tell me more about it?

What style is this? What time period could it be from - is it early American?

Is it worth getting the piece insured?

Opinions greatly appreciated
