Description

A black silk purse with a Bakelite frame. It has 2 red Bakelite toggles that attach the strap to the purse frame, with a Bakelite red rose "clasp" that folds over the front of the purse to keep it closed. On the other side of the rose is a mirror.

History bought this purse from an antique dealer in Camden Passage in London in 1979.
