Bottom Reads Crest 269,weight on bottom reads HF 5 I think it might be from 1920's, not brass,

Did Wedgwood make floor lamps? If not who used jasdperware in floor lamps Adams? What age? Maker? if anyone knows, and is the value of it worth restoring?
