Franklin Porcelain Collector Plates

Description

Set of (10) collector plates from Franklin Porcelain.  "Gamebirds of the World" by Basil Ede.  Each plate has a number on the back and represents a different bird.  I have the following plates:

 

#1 Common Snipe

#11 Chinese Ring-Necked Pheasant

#13 Common Partridge

#20 Common Quail

#26 Hazel Grouse

#30 Red Grouse

#67 Red Legged Partridge

#70 Ptarmigan

#71 Common Pheasant

#78 Woodcock

Distinguishing marks Each plate is signed by Basil Ede, and the inscription on the back of each plate contains the words:

"Franklin Porcelain/Gamebirds of the World/by Basil Ede/(name of bird)/Crafted Exclusively for Franklin Porcelain by Haviland, Limoges, France/c.Franklin Porcelain 1979"
