Canister is in the form of a bullet. It has a 4 cm. green glass tube with a 3 cm. bullet top an a small turnable bullet bottom. One the bottom it has the writings "Irresistible" MEDIUM" Made in U.S.A" and "Jersey City, NJ" Any information or value about this piece whether it is new or old would be helpful.

It's in the form of a shotgun shell, but not made from one. Novelty pieces like this generally postdate the 1940's and are hard to value . They appeal mainly to specialty niche market of vintage clothing and accessories. here is a link for you:
