Peacock Vase - Pottery - Asian

Description

I have a glazed pottery vase depicting a peacock sitting upon a flowered tree stump. It has marking on the bottom which I am unable to identify, but appear to be chinese or japanese. I appreciate any direction for added research. thanks!
