Taylor and Kent Fine Bone China England Tea Cup and Saucer

Description

This tea cup and saucer is white with scalloped edges, gold detail, and pink flowers.  The stamp on the bottom of the cup and saucer says "Bone Kent China Taylor & Kent England".  There is also some writing that says 420 and 4.

I would like to know the value and year of manufacture.
