Thisbis almost definitely a reprint, an original or contemporary copy would have used iron gall ink, which oxidizes (rusts) and turns a reddish brown over time. Also, if you look closely at the print with a magnifying glass, you will probably see that it is conposed of tiny dots of ink (dot-matrix) a modern printing method. most likely it dates to around the same time as the newspapers and probably has smell value as a decorative item, but I wouldn't know how much.
