Description

i found this at a thrift store, the frame measures 9 1/2 by 7

the backing is intact and is stamped Margery R Eddy Oil Paintings, pictures Framing La Junta, Colorado

 

the art itself  is beautiful and has great movement

as far as i can tell the signature is

Beltran, Beltzan, Beltraw or Beltzaw

 

there looks to be a small water spot on the bottom but i am not exactly sure if  its that or just the watercolor itselff. the framing is tight and intact so i am not sure how it could have been water damaged
