Gorham Newport Silverplate

Description
My grandmother passed away and I inherited her things. It is in decent shape.
I have what looks like a creamer, it has a mark on the bottom that says Newport Gorham and has a symbol of a bell and anchor with a star on each side and on the bottom of the mark it has Silverplate YB 681. what can you tell me about this? It is about 3-4 inches tall and 2.5-3 inches wide and needs to be cleaned up a bit.
