Hello, while your vase is a very nice piece, it is in fact not a Ming Dynasty piece.  At the oldest it would date to the late Qing Dynasty circa 1900-1910. The glaze is too new and the design and color of the blue are not right for most Ming Dynasty pieces.  I own a pair of red vases that are identical in shape to this  and date from the same period and have had this confirmed by other Chinese porcelain experts aside from my own knowledge of collecting for more than 25 years. I hope this helps you some.
