Im trying to get some info and estimate on this doll. It was my Grand Mothers doll. She is 96yrs old. The doll has the star of david with K R     also says MB    114     1980

Your doll is a reproduction of a Kammer & Reinhardt doll.  It was popular in the 1980's for women to make these dolls in ceramic and porcelain classes.  Beautiful she is although not an original.
