Antique bronze mule horse asian tibetan roman carriage coach ?

Description

I purchased this at an estate sale today.  I am trying to figure out where it came from or what it is for that matter.  It is NOT marked that i can see.  The mules (?) appear to have horns, the coach has what looks like a cross above the middle of the side windows (holes) and there are birds on the 4 corners of the coach part and one big bird on top of it.  The wheels actually turn and are not stationary.

The estate had MANY asian  or tibetan items, buddah items, asian dragons, etc.  Can anyone assist me?
