We have a huge number of requests for Lane Chests come through here every year, most like this one predate World War Two. They are stamped with a serial number which will indicate a date of production. These were produced in huge numbers, of which most seemed to have survived, so values are very modest. We often retail lane chests in very good condition for less than $250.00.
