I would Like to know what This is..It is Dated 1975 and 04 in corners very small....Print on front and back Leads me tonbelieve some kind of Money or Ration stamp...IDK Appears to be Korean or China .... Please help Me Figure this out.....Thank You

China had severe shortages of basic necessities between 1954 and 1992.  To ensure everyone had access to them (not just the wealthy) the government distributed ration coupons for a wide variety of items.  This is a 1975 ration coupon from the Jilin province good for 4 liang (slightly less than a pound) of rice.

There is an active collector's market in China for coupons like these but not much interest outside of China.  Similar coupons sell for $.50-$2.25.
