Description

My wifes father gave her this small winged horse when she was a child.We have looked every where we can think to and cant even find a picture like it. Engraved on its lower left side is a circle with a lower case c inside the circle.Just out from that a upper case JB and out from that the number 90.On the other side of its stomach is what looks to be a signature but we cant tell what it says.We would love to know what year it was made and where.Also if it has any value or any history on this small winged horse.
