Description

Very heavy elephants in tug of war. Missing is the item which they are pulling. The length is 19.5"x 7"x5.5 depth. Elephants are detailed and anatomically correct. The statue is screwed to a bronze base which shows the footprints. There are no markings that I can tell as to period or maker.

History Purchased at a flea market about 10 years ago. Circular item in center was missing. I can only guess that it was glass. Possibly a globe. If anyone can tell me, what the missing item may have been, I would love to try and replace it. A value would be nice as well.
