Harker Pottery Serving Bowl/Wash Basin??

Appraisal complete
Description

I bought this bowl at a second-hand store, so I know very little about it.  It is a very large white bowl that is approximately 20" in diameter and 8" tall.  The back has a stamp that reads "Stone China, H.P. Co." around a bow and arrow design.  The glazing on the bowl is 100% crazed, and there are several very light stains around the inside of the bowl, but I cannot find any evident chips or structural cracks in the bowl.  There is a stylized fern(?) pattern around the rim of the bowl and no other adornment.  I have tried to research this bowl online, but I can't find anything except that the stamp is a hallmark of Harker Pottery.
