Vintage Barnes Baby Carriage, believed to have been made in Melbourne Australia during the late 50's early 60's. Immaculate condition. Basket is removable and was used to place in back seat of a car, the basket is made of wicker and lined with vinyl/leather material.
The base has four springs and four wheels, the wheels appear to be rubber in very good condition and the chrome on the base is near perfect.
The carriage has been through two generations of children and has been stored indoors which has preserved its condition. The carriage and base is still very much functional and operational.
The plate on the carriage reads: BBC, A Barnes Product, Melbourne, FL3970.
