Description

I don't know much about this piece.

Just found it at goodwill.

It measures 14"x21and1/8"

there are 3 or 4 tiny spots where laquer is gone and metal has ttarnished

i did have the silver section verified with what we call at work a PMI ggun it registered iether 97.3 or 93.7% silver can't remember which

any help with a value is appreciated!
