Antique Dutch porcelain sparrow ashtray

Description

I've had this in my family for over 40 years. Unfortunately, the beak broke off, but I glued it back on. It has centimental value to me.

my mom bought it in an antique shop overseas, in Russia, I think, and it was sold to her as Dutch porcelain ashtray.

the mark on the bottom is not very readable to me, but I am sure the experts here would share their knowledge.

I'd very much like to know how old this piece is and what the mark stands for.

thank you in advance!
