Henri Matisse

Good afternoon, this piece was a gift many years ago that I had forgotten about. It's a certified copy of a Henri Matisse drawing. I believe the original was drawn in 1936. I would like to receive as much information about this certified copy as I can. How much is it worth? What does the stamp on the top right exactly mean? The name of the piece? Etc etc. I appreciate the help and thank you.
