Description

There are no markings on this lamp to give me any idea of who made it, when, where etc.  I am guessing that it is pre 1962 due to the electrical plug not being a polarized safety plug.  It appears to be hand painted, with a "cracked" finish design, and a gloss finish. It also appears to have gold trim.  I would appreciate if anyone has any information and estimate on value please let me know.  The lamp has a metal base and from bottom of base to top of lamp socket is approximately 19 inches tall.
