Description

I believe that this is a lithograph. Not sure if this is an African or Native American woman. It is dated 1927. It says Febuary on it, which is spelled wrong. It also lists the birth flower (carnation) & the birth stone (amethyst). The back seems to some type of metal. It is not in the best shape due to normal wear & tear for it's age and some old paint droppings. I am looking to find out as much as I can about it & an approximate value as I have not seen any others like it so far.
