Description

Hi,I have a Royal Chelsea 8" bone china plate that has a lavender water scene with birds, swans I think, and a building in the background.The edging of plate is gold. I can not seem to find this pattern or info about this plate and pattern anywhere! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
