Values for 20th Century silver plate is very low and the market is flooded with it. Pieces with worn or damaged plating are hard to sell at any price. Even in good condition and polished trays tend to sell for under $20.00

Wm Rogers is a fairly saturated market. If the item was before 1867 there may be some value attached to his SP work. After his death his brother, & then, his son ran the company. There’s a ton of their stuff out there. I have a beautiful ornate set and one full set of service ware. Honestly, it’s not very much. If it’s during his lifetime the prices go up. It can go as low as $20 for a tray to $200 but sadly silver plate/ silver electroplate is not a coveted commodity right now so prices are low. You can buy a great set for under $100. You may find your exact tray with a google image search.
