This buffet and hutch has been in my family for a very long time. It has been traced back to a part of my family that immigrated from Sweden and settled in Southeast Kansas in the mid 1850's. It has no makers marks other than a number (which I cannont remember) hand written on the underside of the mable slab. The piece has never been refinished and it has all of the original brass pulls and the marble is undamaged. Very beautiful piece and seems very unique to many other pieces I have seen. I wish I knew more about it. It has never been appraised as far as I know.
