It could be 875 which is 21K and is usually found in gold from the Middle East. Gold markings are 333 8K, 375 9K, 417 10K , 500 12K , 585 14K, 750 18K, 875 21K, 900 21.5K, 917 22K, and of course 999 24K. British jewelry is usually the 8 or 9KT,  18K usually Italian, 21K Middle East Gold, 21K Arab Gold, 22K Indian Gold and gold coins, 24K is in Chinese Jewelry and coins. Maybe it is 875. 

I need a better photo of the stone, but it doesnt look like Turquoise, .Also 825 could be  Silver...most are 800.or 925. . (look closer it could be 925)

So ALWAYS have the metal tested. no matter what...
