19th Century Cast Iron Dryer/Heater

Description

This is a late 18th century, early 19th century, cast iron boot warmer.  Dimensions: 24"width x 24" depth x 32 1/2" heigth.  It is from a late 18th century (1775) stage coach inn in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania.  The piece is in excellent condition.  Can anyone give me an approximate value on the piece?
