I found this dress on an app I often use and I have tried looking around to find a price that this dress might cost. I couldn't find anything useful or informational. If I were to have this dress made specially with black or white crystal how much do you think it would cost? I am considering having this dress as my possible wedding so please let me know what you think  as soon as possible. Thank you!

I would also like to consider adding straps like those on a tank top of the same material as the dress. How much would that cost? Along with the dress..

How much would it cost to have sleeves of the same material put on the dress? The straps would be tank top like. If you know anybody who could possibly make this please let me know.
