Description

Vintage metal or tin party noise maker with Clown on front. Is blue in color with red outline with yellow crank on back to make noise. It's in really good condition. Has "Made in America" printed on one side and on the other says "Kirchnof? Life Of The Part Products." Found at a local flea market.
