Antique print and frame Master Charles Lambton

Obtained item from sale. Was told to have a hands on appraisal because it may be an original print. The antique dealer I went to said it was worth 25.00. He didn't seem interested and seemed like I was wasting his time. I was in his gallery about 5 min. I don't know much except it is old and please look at the pics.
