Small cigarette table

Description

This is a small cigarette table that belonged to my great uncle. perhaps from the 1940s?
It is 20 3/4" tall, and the top is 10" in diameter.
The drawer has 4 sections, each with a brand of cigarette stamped onto it, Lucky Strikes, Old Gold. Camels, Chesterfield.

It is broken and needs to be repaired.

It seems  to be a unique piece and I am wondering what it's value might be.

Thank you very much!
