The watch has Kermit the Frog on it & it says: Timex. Henson Associates Inc. 198?
The back says: Base Metal Bezel. Assembled in Phillipines. Water Resistant. Stainless Steal Back.
I cant get the back off to see what the inside says but I tried. :(
