Description
A glass sphere 2" - 3" in diameter. Seems like a brass casing with Roman numerials around the interior edge to allow a visual of the workings inside the clock. Still works, fully wound, for around 2 days. From the back of the clock one can see the words "CASE INDIA" at the bottom and a "L" or upside "1" approxiametly behind the III and IV. The largest geat gear has the words "THE KINGS" and "MOVT. INDIA"All I have found that could be pertain to the piece is that it was made in India prior to 1948 because that is when India was no longer an English colony. How old is this piece and where can I find information about it?
