Brass figural salt spoons marked Italy

Description

They do not respond to a magnet and when you make a small scratch, there is a shiny yellow line, which leads me to believe that these are made of brass even though they are not marked. The backs are stamped "italy." They are about 2 1/2 inches in length. Do you know a relative age for these spoons or what the symbols mean? How much do you think they may be worth? I appreciate your time!!
