Description

A friend of mine asked me if I can find out exactly what this item is. He is thinking a toy? Neither of us can figure it out, and it's hard to search it out, as there are really no identifiers on it. We'd just like to know what it is?

Medium Silver? Again, not real sure.

Condition Good

History Belonged to his family, and was in the attic of a 1920's built house. The Skeeboggan that was up there, is from the late 1920's, so I'm guessing this is somewhere in that date frame as well, but have no idea/
