Vanity With Mirror - Needs Refinishing

Description

This is an antique wood vanity that has been painted. There is some damage but it appears to just be the paint peeling off.  The mirror has some spots where the mirror coating is coming off, but in overall fair condition with no cracks. If it were stripped and refinished, I have no doubt it would a much finer looking piece. It belonged to my husband's grandmother, but was used by my daughter for a time. It has casters at the bottom.  There are two drawers on each side. Although it looks like it could be only one drawer one each side because of the matching pieces that seem to connect on the front, they are actual two drawers, one on top of the other.  I think this is a very nice decorative feature. The drawers are attached by joints and not by screws. As far as I know, the drawer pulls are original.  I'm not sure of the age, era, or even the wood.

It is about 45 inches wide, 67 inches high and 18 inches deep. I need the value to determine if I want to donate the piece or try to sell it. Thanks.
