Antique Oak Sideboard

Description

Solid oak with much carving.  No carving is produced separately and then attached.  For example, the lion-head drawer pulls are carved from the same oak plank that constitutes the face of the drawer.  Roughly 73" tall x 60" wide by 23" deep.  This is in two pieces with the top attached to the base presently with screws on the back.  Purchased in SC in 1973 and was told it was English. It has been refinished years ago.  All wood is in very good to excellant condition with no splits, cracks, chips, etc.  Quite heavy and very sturdy.  There are two drawers plus two large doors in the base section.  There is a shelf and a beveled mirror in the top section.
