Description

Found this letter opener at my grandmothers house and I know it's is very old and I think it's valuable.  Looks like bronze with silver but I'm not sure.  Only stamp on it says Tiffany Stvdios New York with a "v" in studios.  And a 3 digit number under it which I can't decipher.
