Asian tea table w/ mother of pearl accents painted

Description

I do not know much about this item.

It appears to be hand-painted.  There are many things accented with mother of pearl.

There is a mark in an Asian language (see photo).

I tried looking online, but could not find anything very similar to this--most other "tea tables" had small stools with them, but there are no stools with this table.

In excellent condition.  A small kind of "oil" stain on the table but only visible when looking at it under a certain light at a certain angle.
