Antique Ceramic Bottle with Lead cover

Description
Hi,

I have an antique ceramic bottle which is partially covered by a lead cage/cover over the top. The bottom is completely covered and so is the bottle neck with the rest of the bottle partially showing. The lid of the bottle is made from wood and covered with lead. The marking on the bottom of the bottle looks like an eagle stamped into it. It also has a EW stamped into the side of the frame.

My question is what era or year is it from and what is the value.

Thanks,

Andreas B.
