Description

The item stands 6" tall. I think its russian written on the bottom and obviously the only thing I could read was the 1986. I don't know where to look for advice on stuff from Russia- so any information on that would be helpful!!! I recently bought the item at a thrift store and just want to know If it is worth anything.
