John Yato Painting

Description

I recently purchased a water color painting from an estate sale.
It has a signature "In remembrance of 9-11-01" signed by John Yato.
It also has a brief letter on the back sent to Sgt Mary Wise but I cant make out the signature  who it is from.
It also has a 1788-2001 gold plated quarter along with the painting.
My question is, are you familiar with this painting and what is its value?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Based on the images this is most likely a print and not a watercolor, you'll have to have somebody physically examine it. The prints often sell for les than $50.00 in the secondary market.
